ugh, no full pound down today, just a .5 drop... 126.9 down to 126.4 - and so begins the struggle after the initial loss. I hate this part but again its my own fault, didn't do any cardio yesterday just did some abs and that was that. I followed my diet tho and haven't cheated once so I am definitely very proud of myself for that. I'm not feeling too well today, feeling a little nauseous, hopefully it passes since I am not sure what the hell it would be from. Ugh, hopefully I get down to 124 AT LEAST before the end of the week, I want to know I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks to feel accomplished!!!
