I know it is just water weight from excessive sweating yesterday at work. ( no AC and physically demanding. I industrial laundry facility) but it does being a smile to my face.
if this heat melted fat I would weigh 90 lbs. lmao
131.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
