This is unbelievable 2 kg afraid if this is sign of cancer or what .How only thing i knew is 2 days i drove marathon cycle rest i have been eating less rice in dinner so calorie deficit 1500 calories per day diet.or even less.also watching cricket.Even on Sunday had little breakfast .Also having liver syrup ayurvedic one.also 2 capsules of Spirulina before a meals in morning and before dinner 30 min before .
