I got so far off track, I gained 10 pounds.. My 8 year old decided she like the active mom more than the laying in bed crying all the time mom, so she asked me to do insanity with her... I did my Fit test today and as soon as she gets home I will do the first course... I also did Turbo Jam and decided on Spaghetti squash for lunch with fresh ground pepper, sea salt and cinnamon on it instead of spaghetti sauce... small steps.. I was going to make fish for dinner, but I think I want some salad, so a chicken salad perhaps, or a chefs salad with lemon juice instead of dressing?? we'll see how it goes one minute at a time!
