Finally finding success! Rotisserie chicken has become my favorite breakfast! Very filling and no cooking. I am staying under 20 grams of carbs and trying to get to 2-3 aerobic type classes each week. Watching the calories per day too. Anyway it’s a relief to not be yo-yo-ing like I have for the past few years. Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸
