A couple of months feeling unmotivated put me right back to, if not worse than, where i started at the beginning of 2019. Looking to get back to a disciplined diet and a regimented work out plan. Holding myself accountable by diligently logging my food and exercise. Follow along if you'd like. Wishing you all the best in achieving your goals.
