Well, yesterday was a bust. I had a big craving for salt that I couldn't shake. So I felt it was necessary to eat almost half a bag of Quakers Ranch Quakes. I guess, it wasn't half a bag but it felt like a lot at the time. Today will be better.
255.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
