My weight dropped almost 4 pounds with 30 minutes of cardio over a 6 day period.I weighed myself early Sunday morning before I ate breakfast and weighed 187. Doing cardio with my backpack on raises my heart from around 120 to 145 bpm. My legs feel good and I feel fit.
