nothing lost from day 2 of military diet. I only cheated and had coffee at noon. followed everything else exact...actually ate a little less than told
only 2miles on elip/stepper. 260calories burned

139.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
