Okay, seriously, no more excuses. It's time to lose these holiday pounds for good. RDI is going down to 1450 and I'm sticking to it! No more making excuses for going over, such as: I'm nervous, so I need to eat to comfort myself... there are only a couple more chips in the bag... if I don't eat it now it will go bad... I worked out hard today...
ChaLEAN says to write down your goals, so here is one of them. When I sit down or bend over I don't want my stomach to protrude out over and past my pants.
