What a challenging week at work. My weightloss hasn’t been the best this week but I have tried to eat as healthy as possible despite work challenges. Learning not to be too hard on myself
224.7 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good attitude JustAnge30. You are going to win some days and lose some days and some days is no result. Don't be discouraged, but please be kind to you because you have to take yourself through to the end point still - and carry on after. :)
