can't believe I am still losing weight because I feel like I've been slacking off my eating. outdoor picnic today and snacked all day. It's amazing how much snacks add up. We had salad for lunch but the cheese and bread and cookies added up.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
