É normal aumentar o peso estando em jejum??
Estou em jejum quase 20 horas, fui me pesar e aumentei 300g 😞😞
148.6 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
