I went really good during the week for watching what I ate, couldn't find time for excercise as two of my kids were sick, but hopefully this week will be better.
180.3 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1898 kcal Fat: 88.60g | Prot: 72.88g | Carb: 16.99g.   Breakfast: Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), equal tablets, cream, Egg, Bacon (Goulds Brand NZ), Colby Cheese, red onion. Lunch: red onion, lettuce, Real Mayonnaise, feta, chicken. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), feta, tomato, Egg, red onion, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Cabbage. more...
