今天睡飽飽真開心 第一餐已是下午2點了 一樣便當菜配煎扁魚 +地瓜2條 地瓜好香甜喔! 話說地瓜要吃冷的 才不容易胖😆果真是優質碳水 晚上吃火鍋 +半條地瓜 +三明治 腦公從不買甜食 今天硬是買了巧克力蛋糕 不吃怎麼行😂 +點心科學麵 +諾麗果粉 +微運動 腿超酸的 水很重要喔!我自己每天3000起跳
