Maintenance Month....feeling good!!

Keeping the Calories in the 2400 - 2500 range. This seems to be the golden #’s for my 6 foot frame.

Off to the Gym!! Chest Strength Day!! 💪💪🥵🥵
168.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
