1748 kcal Fat: 61.77g | Prot: 84.67g | Carb: 233.08g.   Breakfast: silk almond milk, silk soy milk, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), eggs. Lunch: iceburg lettuce, Buddig chicken, tomatos, onion, whole wheat bread. Dinner: chicken stir fry, minute brown rice. Snacks/Other: gala apple, peanuts in shell, grapes, clementine, whole wheat mini bagels, raw vegetables. more...
