Day 4 going strong. Now the m&ms are all out of the house so I won't any more. Only ate them cause they were right front of me not cause I was hungry bu now no more!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
