Still mostly doing induction phase, but add a FEW berries and nuts. No whole grains yet. Still exercising with the gazelle, but down to only 1 hour per day and trying to do more moving around during the day. Glad to be at the 185, but 35 more pounds to go...it is a s-l-o-w process. I think this is teaching me not to think of this as a diet - will not be "over"....just will keep reminding myself.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
