I am 36 now and not getting any younger! I feel like 26 on the inside but feel like crap, my bones hurt, knees hurt, no energy, and I am now considered "obese" by the dr.'s office. I want to get rid of this weight once and for all, I'm sick of dealing with it and getting heavier every year, this has to stop!

Today was my first day of trying to lose weight, (this tike) I decided to go back to the WW system, since I know it will help me keep track of what I eat and help with portion control! Went all day till now, it is 11:12pm on Saturday night and looked my days points, I am supposed to have like 25 pts., I had 36 points, yikes, now I will for sure keep my food journal handy and try and stay conscious of the decisions I make when eating. It seems like I just obliviously eat whatever and "don't think" till it's too late and I am mad at myself. I need to be more alert and not let myself get the point of starving!!!
