這種天氣真的很容易另人放棄食慾 熱到狂喝水,起床2小時 覺得衣服跟臭水溝一樣味了😬 今天第一餐中午了 便當菜 滿滿夾了一盒我愛的蛋白質😍 下午已累癱 躺著休息一下 6點吃晚餐便當 超大黃魚便當$100 肚子還有滿滿的蛋😍 半杯拿鐵 小確幸泡芙一顆+餅干😄
