I started juicing and eating healthier on 12/12/12. I plan to eat mostly raw. Working towards that goal. I think the weight gain came from too much salt. trying to be more conscience of salt intake.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

the salt will get ya... it makes you retain water. Also, on the juicing, you want to eat fruits and veggies whole because the (edible)skin holds alot of the fiber you need to be regular and to help get rid of stored fat.
