早餐烤起士蛋吐司 拿鐵一杯
中午吃便當菜 今天很早起
太累了下午躺一下休息
晚餐還是吃便當😆 蛋白質不多
又烤了起司蛋土司 +蚵仔煎餅乾

+諾麗果粉 運動pass
昨天做太多 大腿內側鐵腿了😅
148.8 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
