Dabbling with intermittent fasting (IF)
Sometimes 12/12 hours, sometimes just no calories after family dinner and delaying my morning coffee as long as possible (I use a protein shake instead of milk or cream)
217.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
