I would love to be 151lbs by August, or there abouts. 2lb a week for 6 weeks, it is doable. Maybe I should make the target bigger in order to hit original 🎯
166.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd suggest you make your target smaller, 2lbs this week and carry on like that, celebrate a good week, stay on track that way. Small victories lead to great things
