Today was the first time in way to long that I committed to getting my ass out of bed and actually walking! It feels so good to know you are doing something wonderful for your body. I'm already noticing that I'm making more conscious choices on the food I'm eating. And that is something that will help me continue to stay on track....writing down what I eat each day is something I have to do to make myself accountable. One day down, many more to come!
