Well the holidays were bound to catch up with me at some point... I ate terribly.... but oh so well.

And now, it's time to crack down and get serious with healthy eating and exercise.

I've started the day off right with a banana, chai tea made with almond milk, and a kashi chewy granola bar... my coffee, water bottle, and organic ambrosia apple are all sitting on my desk, waiting for me to make the right decisions.

Exercise is the harder part, for me. I have so many healthy intentions at the beginning of the day but by the end I'm exhausted and mentally drained. Winter, negative emotions, and overeating may have something to do with it. Get over it, girl! You get your butt in gear!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
