I’ve been quite stressed and have not exercised for a while and have been binging for the part few days. Need to get back to the goals and not sink into old habits. Need some support you guys!!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
