WOW!! Woke up today and I was 132!!! I'm so excited!!!
I have been running 3 miles about 3-4 times a week, and following the Fat Smash Diet pretty closely. I had a bite of a chocolate chip cookie yesterday...so good...I dreamt about it all night, but didn't give in!
