@mrsroboto I didn’t start yet, but will be fasting starting at 8 tonight. How long should I fast for?

I don’t know, it really depends on what you’re comfortable with. I would not put a time on it, and just see when you really start to feel hungry, then force yourself to wait it out, because hunger comes in waves and it really will pass and you’ll feel fine again. But if you start feeling off, like dizzy or foggy headed, definitely eat! And just be sure to stay hydrated. Coffee and water are huge lifesavers in the beginning. Good luck!! I’m excited for you! 😃
