一早吃水煮蛋 一大塊瑪芬
幸福杏仁奶
忙訂貨所以中午忘了吃
(訂貨真的花太多時間了要改進)
2點吃火鍋 下午吃幾口瑪芬
直接就跳過晚餐了
諾麗果粉 +深蹲
洗澡開始運動約40分鐘 腳好酸阿👍
151.0 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
