Happy Father's Day.. I am debating dinner but dont know what to have. I see the scale climbing and it scares me to no end. What I am finding is that come evening, I want to pick and snack then I go to bed with all the crap sitting on my belly. I need to go back to not eating anything after 7pm. I don't want to lose weight but I dont want to put on 5 pounds overnight either.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 186.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know you're scared, but you are doing so well! Perhaps it would be good to talk to your dietitian about your concerns with eating so much junk food in the evenings. Gaining weight right now is your first priority, but developing healthy eating habits so that you can maintain when you reach your goal is very important too. It seems to me your dietitian should be able to offer some guidance. Maybe you could show her your food diary and ask her for suggestions. Good luck.
