Super duper ridiculous
Been fasting OMAD for over a month .. Weightloss minimal .Vegetarian
So from today all unhealthy carbs are out !
No sugar
Boom ! I got this
Will OMAD in the week
But Keto on weekends ( so I have a life )
Wish me luck ... 78,5 is way toooo fat!
173.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
