Had a cheat meal last night... did my fast still yesterday and workout. Will be doing somewhat the same. I know the weekend will likely bring some weight gain but moderation this time around.
122.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
