今日は夜ビュッフェなので、朝昼はオムレツ1つ🤗そして今から筋トレして、夜は有酸素運動
104.7 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
