喔耶!久違的好市多來了
烤全雞 滿滿一盒握壽司🍣豆皮壽司
吃飽飽再進去逛街
其實也沒買什麼,
我的重點是起士 堅果😆
買了依舊很甜的瑪芬
試吃酥皮檸檬乳酪有點膩口
看書說“酥皮類”反式脂肪倍增-放棄
久違的杏仁奶.大大的灌一口😋美味
+核心運動 +諾麗果粉
150.4 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
