Well, it's still holding steady, so maybe part of it is actual weight gain. Meanwhile, I seem to be stuck right now, but I'm trying to be patient and to remember that this is a long, slow process. Have a great day and keep up the good work! 💛

They say when you are not seeing weight loss on the scale, your weight is redistributing and your losing inches. I am maintaining right now. I have to have an endoscopy on the 24th as they are concerned I may have developed some scar tissue in my belly. I am keeping positive thoughts though. You are going to see a drop in your weight in a day or two I am sure. Good luck.
