OK, got caught up in something else on my to do list, so no exercise (or writing) done today. I will be bouncing around in the pool with my daughter tonight, though (parent-tot swim class) - that counts as a bit of exercise, right?
I have been pretty good all week for food, but tonight we are having pizza - we have steered clear from the greasy, fatty pepperoni this time, though (50 cents extra for premium chicken - sheesh).
Don't ask me how I lost so much in a day - it may be the time difference of when I weighed myself today and yesterday (later today). And I haven't drank as much water, so that could be it (not as hot today). Let's hope I keep going down instead of yo-yoing back up again!
