On Phase 1 I cheated with the following foods:

Day 4: 1 rainbow roll

Day 6: Protein burger from In-n-Out

Day 9: 4 oatmeal cookies, turkey hotdog w/bun


But I still lost 4 lbs in the first 9 days! I only have 9 more lbs to lose!!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
