Still dropping - hungry all the time, but the promise of a weekend soon is on my mind. Fasting - low calorie in between - working out - no alcohol. Tomorrow could be my first big break in awhile. Feels different this time.
123.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
