Another New Year. Down 21 lbs from last January 1, I am proud of me! I am dealing with a holiday cold and leftovers, but I trust that moderation will take me further down the weight ladder this year. First, oatmeal with banana and honey. Nom.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
