New Year and time to get moving... Holiday cooking is over and managed only to gain 2 pounds. It was wonderful seeing all my children and grandchildren during the holidays.

187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
