I’ve been eating at a solid deficit all month and I worked out yesterday. I don’t understand what is going on. I don’t want to do low carb because I only want to eat meat a few times a week at max.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
