well, finally back down to where I was. it must have been water weight from the steroids as I'm only on half a dose now and the weight came back down. now hoping for a new weight loss to show up this week.
246.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
