Another small victory! Last night my wife and I went to see a movie. I packed a serving of peanuts, a serving of cashews, a serving of beef jerkey, and bought a large bottle of water there. I felt really good afterwards about not cheating on my diet and was rewarded this morning when I stepped on the scale!
