I had the same frustrations...until I started focusing on my nutrition. Now I’ll even give up a workout if it means I’ll have the time to eat better....and it’s made a ton of difference! You got this...find what works for you. Try different avenues.

Try tracking what you are eating. Every little snack and beverage adds up by the end of the day. it takes time but you will see results and long as your calories are in a deficit. Working out helps you burn more calories for the day but the kitchen is where it is at. good luck👍🏾😃

Do you use a food scale? Weight lifting can cause muscle gain with simultaneous fat loss if you're a beginner. You can also be retaining water in healing muscles. Some experts believe that you can also fill fat cells with water replacing the fat before a woosh occurs days later. In other words, there can be many reasons the scale is not showing a loss. I suggest checking the mirror and body measurements when losing weight while lifting. The scale is just one way to measure progress. How long have you stalled? Anything less than a couple weeks is nothing. Keep it up!

It looks like you only tracked calories for 4 days this month. Hard to know if you're on track when logging isn't consistent.

Thanks guys. I know my food logging hasn’t been consistent but I’ve been working on eating right also along with the gym. I suppose I’ll just have to get more disciplined on my nutrition and make it a priority to log my food so I can see what I’m eating.

@diablo360 I don’t use a food scale but I do have one. Also it’s been about a month and my weight has been consistent so maybe I’m just being impatient idk

Yeah, "eating right" isn't going to get you anywhere if there is no deficit. I suggest the scale. It's the surest way to make sure you're on track. You can do it!
