Had surgery on the 5th of June weight humped from 113 to 120 it has beem going down but my inactivity (required after scs surgery and will last another 6 to7 weeks) seems to have slowed down my metabolism
Hope it doesn't last

118.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb. Still to go: 3.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Going through the same. You however still have a lot of fluids from the surgery that are still working there way out.
