Welp, I am going to start taking a walk during the work day. I also haven’t worked out in a few weeks beyond walking my dog, so I guess it is time to get physical.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
