Started the 2-week total body turnaround...the fitness "test" did me in! lol i'm counting that for my workout today! Holy cow, I thought I was moderately in shape, but NOPE! So, this should jump start me into the new year! I'm excited and committed to this and I can't wait to do some measurements at the end of this two week commitment! I'm also NOT going to be doing my daily weights, just once every two weeks. That will be an adjustment for me...but gotta try new things! I know I'll be successful with this, because I have it set in my mind that I'll be successful! So, i'll check back in two weeks...
