Okay I got a little side tracked when the scale did not go down day after day. But with all the little cheats and my TOM just around the corner I was still able to lose some weight!! I can only imagine what would happen if I followed the plan better everyday. Any cheerleaders out there -- I could use your pep right now. Maybe seeing the weight drop will help me stick to the plan better this week and I will lose a little more next week.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
